Karl has his Bachelor degree from the University of Illinios and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Karl is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor.

DARIN BAILEY. Since 1997, Darin has managed multi-million dollar projects while meeting time-sensitive milestones and keeping these projects on budget. Darin has his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Darin is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor.
