The Charlotte and Lake Norman Home Builder Associations joined forces to bring the 2010 Parade of Homes, which is a free, self-guided tour extending three weekends. Participants visit available homes in the Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman areas at their leisure, learning new building styles as well as current industry trends. Judges evaluate homes on the tour and present awards in multiple price categories.
Our company was awarded first place for its European Estate home in Davidson. This magnificient estate features a walnut study, a spiral staircase that winds up the two-story foyer past a 14-light chandelier, and a large gourmet kitchen (awarded "Best Feature") complete with Thermador applicance and hidden pantry. The Master Bedroom is adorned by massive trusses overhead, a spa-like bathroom and 2-story closet for organizing seasonal clothing. To view a tour of this European Estate, click  .
