The annual Charlotte Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour extending three weekends. Participants visit available homes in the Greater Charlotte area at their leisure, learning new building styles as well as current industry trends. Judges evaluate homes on the tour and present awards in multiple price categories.
Our company was awarded the Silver Award (second place) for its 3,900-square-foot Myers Park home located near Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC. The timeless design of this Queen Anne Victorian was brought forward into the 21st century and features heavy trim, archways, walnut flooring, pet niches, vaulted ceiling with beams in the Master Bedroom, and much more! This home was built under the guidelines of the US Green Building Council LEED for Homes and includes many eco-friendly details such as foam insulation, Energy Star® certification and instant hot water heat. The judges recognized the home for its superb craftsmanship, quality and best overall value.
