The annual Lake Norman Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour extending three weekends. Participants visit available homes in the Greater Lake Norman area at their leisure, learning new building styles as well as current industry trends. Judges evaluate homes on the tour and present awards in multiple price categories.
Our company was awarded first place for its 6,200-square-foot waterfront home. The European design features exposed Douglas Fir Beams, a full, finished basement, 3 fireplaces and 2 covered balconies. The home includes many eco-friendly details such as foam insulation, Energy Star® certification and instant hot water heat. The judges recognized the home for its superb rock and beam craftsmanship, quality and best overall value.
